Hello, everyone,
This is my first newsletter post since my web wizard, Jes Coolbaugh, put together my store, featuring so many new products. (I personally love the tote bags.) A round of applause for Jes, as she’s done an amazing job!
We just wrapped up the May show at Reserve-Our Gallery, and I’ll have three pieces at the Garden of the Gods Visitor Center through June. Stop by and see my work there, along with the works of my gifted peers. All sales contribute to the Garden of the Gods…always a worthy cause!
Art festival season is upon us, and you can find me and my daughter, Melody, at the Buena Vista, CO Fourth of July Festival, The Green Mountain Falls Bronc Day Festival on July 29, 9-3, the Mountain Artists Festival in Woodland Park, CO, August 12th and 13th, and several more I’ll announce at a later date. I hope to see you at our shows!
I’m feeling a little ambivalent about my textured art pieces. If you would, please send me an email and tell me where you think I should focus my energies…textured pieces or watercolors, acrylics or mixed media. I’d love to know your thoughts.
Also, let me know if there is an aspect of my art you’d like me to write about in these posts.
