Digital Downloads:

How do I access my digital downloads?

Images will be available for download immediately after purchase. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with your download link automatically. Clicking this link will begin the file download to your computer.

I didn’t get my purchase email. What should I do?

If it has been more than ten (10) minutes since your purchase, and you still have not received your confirmation email, please send me an email at aspringmurals@gmail.com, or using our contact form.

What can I do with my purchase?

You can print these for display in your home or office, and may gift one (1) printed copy to a friend or family member. For more information about image usage rights, please see our Personal Use License.

How do I print my file?

Open the file in whichever image program your computer uses. Windows users use Control+P to print a file; while Mac users should use Command+P.

Once you’ve downloaded your image, use Ctrl+P to open your printer dialogue box. Once there, you should be able to choose your photo print size. You may need to look up your printer’s exact settings prior to printing.

I don’t have a printer, can I take these to a print shop?

Absolutely. There are a number of shops where you can easily have your images printed: Walgreens, Kinko’s, Staples, and Office Max all offer in-house printing. You may also have local options available to you.

Will you send the file to a print shop for me?

No. You will need to download your file onto a USB flash drive prior to going to your print shop.

What kind of paper should I print on?

Obviously, you can print on whatever type of paper you have – even regular, old everyday printer paper. However, I recommend using a presentation paper that is at least 60lb weight. Please be sure to check your printer’s ink settings and cartridges prior to printing for best results.

What size frame should I use?

That depends on whether or not you plan to matte your image. If you want to display your image as-is, any frame made for your image size will work fine. If, however, you intend to matte your image, you should take into account the size of your matting. As a general rule, the following frame sizes are appropriate for matted images:

For 5×7 matted prints:
· 8×10
· 11×14

For 8×10 matted prints:
· 11×14
· 12×14
· 16×20

Can I have this printed onto other merchandise?

I’d really rather you didn’t. As long as it’s for your own use, technically you can; but the resolution of the digital files isn’t optimized for anything other than printing on paper, so you would have an inferior product, and that wouldn’t make either of us very happy. If you want my artwork printed on something else, please take a look at my merchandise options instead.

Can I use your image in my own artwork?

No. All images are for personal use only, and may not be used in derivative works. For more information about what you are allowed to do with your purchased images, please see our Personal Use License.

Payments & Refunds:

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept payments through Square and Paypal. You can use any debit or credit card to make your purchase, or sign in and use your Paypal account at checkout.

Are your prices negotiable?

Afraid not. All prices, whether regular or sale, are final. I do offer promos and free downloads from time to time, so be sure to join our newsletter to keep up to date on our latest promotions.

Do you offer refunds?

If you have made a purchase, and have not yet downloaded your file, email me at aspringmurals@gmail.com, and I will cancel your order and refund your purchase price. No refunds will be made if the files have been downloaded, as there is no possibility of returning them.

I have a coupon, but forgot to use it; can you refund me the difference?

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible at this time to issue a partial refund. Coupon codes must be used at time of purchase. If you are having difficulty using one of my promo codes, please email me prior to completing your purchase.
